Spring Creek Manufacturing has a 30 day return policy on all standard product orders. If a customer requests to make a return inside 30 days of standard product purchase the steps below are to be taken.
Step 1. Notify Spring Creek Manufacturing via telephone or email of the desire to return your standard product. Re-assemble the package and product to be shipped back to our facility.
Step 2. Send the package to our facility: Spring Creek Manufacturing, 8873 Main Street, Mountain Iron, MN 55768. Spring Creek Manufacturing does not cover return freight charges. Return freight charges are at the returners expense.
Step 3. Upon receiving the returned products, we will examine and inspect to insure saleable condition.
Step 4. If the product is inspected and evaluated as unused and in saleable condition, we will then immediately credit you for your product purchases. Outbound shipping charges will not be credited. If the product is inspected and evaluated as used and not in saleable condition, it will be returned to you at no refund.
